David Voracek
David Voracek is an independent consultant based in Prague, working with mid-market companies and their investors on transformation and programme delivery they do not have the internal capacity or specialist capability to run themselves.
The background is post-acquisition integration, IT and digital transformation, and PMO delivery — across PE-owned manufacturing, energy and technology, following earlier roles at SAP and Amazon. The work sits at the point where strategy has to turn into something that actually lands: vendor decisions made, systems live, governance that holds, people brought along.
Czech, German and US citizen, working natively in German and Czech as well as English — in practice, often the person able to hold both sides of a cross-border ownership structure together. On one engagement that meant sitting in German works council meetings on behalf of a Czech-owned business, and advising the CEO on how to take a workforce through change it had not asked for.
You work with David directly. There is no team the work gets handed down to, and no account manager in between. Where an engagement surfaces needs outside that scope, specialists who have delivered alongside Forging Ways before are brought in and coordinated.
